Je rêve de rêver

Aged 12 to 21, 40 students from two vocational high schools and a UPE2A class invested themselves in an artistic education project proposed by the Théâtre de l'Athénée and the Ensemble Les Apaches. Throughout the 2021-2022 season, they participated in writing, dance, and music workshops and committed to creating a work. After these workshops and a week-long residency at the Athénée, they presented "I dream of dreaming".

After these workshops and a week-long residency at the Athénée, they presented "I dream of dreaming". Accompanied by a professional orchestra of 9 musicians, on a musical program composed of a creation by Pierre Chépélov dedicated to the project, works by Stravinsky, and a libretto written by Sonia Chambretto, the students performed on the stage of the main hall of the Athénée the show they wrote and designed month after month with Les Apaches.
